We are delighted to inform you that the application for our Online Japanese Language Program 2026, is now open to your students.

SWU Online Japanese Language Program 2026

This 1-month online program, offering twelve 120-minute class sessions, will be an excellent opportunity for your introductory-level Japanese students to enhance their communication skills in Japanese. Experienced SWU teachers will teach the program, and SWU Japanese students will join some classes to assist in conversation practices.

The program will also be a great way to interact with SWU students. It will be a great preparation course for those who plan to study abroad in Japan, and it will give them a glimpse of SWU and what it is like to take a class at a Japanese university before actually studying abroad.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION:

Please have your students submit the Application Form by April 30, 2026.

TIMELINE:

April 30           Student Application Deadline

End of May     Invoice will be sent to the student by e-mail 

June 15          Program fee payment deadline 

June 29         Program Orientation

July 9              Program Start 

August 6         Program End

October          Transcript is issued and sent to the home institution by email
